I was a bit skeptical at first even after seeing the product on TV, but I tried it. I love it, even after 7 days I can notice a change in my hip sizes and my tummy does feel flatter...

On the first day i felt really full all day but still ate my three meals. Day two felt same as before i took them in being hungry and now third day feel full again! I'm impressed how it makes you feel full and not wanting to snack in between meals. I will re-post in a week or two if I have lost weight or not yet

I have struggled with my weight for years, I'm currently 10st10 at 5'6 and my goal weight is around 9st. I have struggled for ages to get that last few stone off no matter how much I diet. I have been taking the raspberry ketone plus and the colon cleanse together for the past week and admittedly it's very hard to get off the loo the first few days but that calms down, also had minor stomach cramps first couple of days I have to say my stomach feels a lot flatter no bloating and I am starting to see my hip ones again I have lost 5 pounds in the first week so will definitely be continuing to take them, and I've just been taking the recommended dosage on the tub label. Also I've done little to no exercise this week so I may add some in next week and see if that boosts even more weight loss I hope this is of use and just to add I am a genuine customer and thought I would write a review to see if they posted it :) good luck with everybody else's weight loss and stay strong. I have been taking rk for the last 5 days. I am due 2 weigh myself on friday so will let u know if there is any loss. So far though, it has really got rid of my hunger and it has made my skin look alot more nicer. Will update soon
